La divisione Edilizia ed Impianti di DAS (Decision Analytic Systems) offre servizi per l'accoglienza ed alloggio, con orientamento B&B ed Alberghiero; particolarità di tale divisione è l'erogazione di servizi di telemedicina volti anche a riqualificare strutture edili esistenti,  trasformandole in Resorts, Residenze ed Abitazioni, dotando  alcune di esse di servizi di Assistenza Residenziale Integrata per Anziani; ciò facente largo uso di tecnologie telematiche (Telemedicina e Teleassistenza) ed Intelligenza Artificiale, mediante l’utilizzo di due brevetti di cui detiene i diritti, MODELPROD e FORMYHEART.

DAS si rivolge a tali principali segmenti di mercato:

•  Immobiliare:  attività di ristrutturazione di proprietà immobiliari dei soci fondatori, unite all’acquisto di nuovi immobili e la loro ristrutturazione, oltre che la costruzione di nuovi edifici,  

• settore alberghiero: gestione delle proprietà di cui sopra come B&B.

• settore dell'assistenza residenziale integrata (RSA).

Oggi, l’interesse principale di questa divisione di DAS è aumentare il valore del patrimonio immobiliare, mediante un’attività di ristrutturazione, parziale vendita e reinvestimento in più importanti progetti. DAS prevede un continuo miglioramento del prodotto e programma di sviluppo, con l'obiettivo finale di acquisire abilità e forza per realizzare progetti economici significativi, utili all'outsourcing verso/da altre società del gruppo cui appartiene (LR-group).

La forza di DAS è dovuta alla sua squadra di progettisti, che permette di realizzare prodotti di alto valore con bassi costi. Il team di DAS ha l'abilità di applicare un controllo totale della qualità del processo di produzione.

DAS ha già la sua sede  In Italia ed è  una società controllata da     LR Group, holding con sede nel Regno Unito.

Il team di DAS ha una grande esperienza nella progettazione edilizia e impianti, ed è coordinato dall’ing. Lorenzo Rossano,  Direttore Scientifico e Tecnico, con otre trent’anni d’esperienza nel settore della progettazione e direzione di lavori e realizzazioni per oltre 50 mil€. Sono coinvolti anche imprenditori seriali con uscite di successo.

• attività principale  nel settore infotelematico (Elettronica e Controllo di Processo), mediante l’utilizzo di due brevetti di cui l'azienda è licenziataria,MODELPROD e  FORMYHEART,   in joint venture con la società californiana telmedx

• attività  nel settore dell’Edilizia ed Impianti, con orientamento B&B ed Alberghiero, compresa l’erogazione di servizi di Assistenza Residenziale Integrata per Anziani. Rientra in questa divisone gli l'impiantistica  di telecontrollo ed automazione industriale a supporto dei prodotti di elettronica, informatica ed intelligenza artificiale.

The Construction and Plant Division of DAS (Decision Analytic Systems) offers services in the field of Construction and Facilities to accomodation, with leadership in B & B and Hospitality. Particularity of its business is basedon the provision of telemedicine services to redesign existing building structures, also transforming them in Resorts, Residences and Homes, equipping some of them of Residential Care for Elderly with integrated services; this making extensive use of information technologies (Telemedicine and Telecare) and Artificial Intelligence, through the use of two patents of which it owns the rights, MODELPROD and FORMYHEAR

DAS  addresses these major market segments:

•  real estate:  activities of renovation estate property of founders, buying new property and their renovation,  the construction of new buildings.

• hotel industry (B&B):  use of the above property as B&B.

• integrated residential care sector (IRC).

The core asset today of this Divition of DAS is increase value of real estate assets, by means activity renovation and sale of property. DAS plans a continuous product improvement and development program, with final goal to having  skill and strength to achieve significant economic projects for outsourcing and/or for other group companies and/or other Divitions (LR-group).

DAS's strength is due to his designers team, they allows to realize products of high value with low costs.  DAS team have skill to apply total quality process control.

DAS already has its headquarters in Italy and is company from        LR Group subsidiary based in the United Kingdom.

DAS's team has extensive experience in building and plant design, and is coordinated by Ing. Lorenzo Rossano, Chief Science and Technical Officer, with wineskin thirty years of experience in engineering and construction (performed works for over 50 million euro)

They are also serial entrepreneurs with successful exits.
